At NCL Alumni Association (“Association”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to ensure a smooth membership registration experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


1. Membership Fees

  • The membership registration fee is ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

  • Once the membership application is approved, the fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.


2. Refunds for Rejected Applications

  • If a membership application is rejected by the Association (due to ineligibility, incomplete details, or any other reason), the membership fee will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.


3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of accidental duplicate payments, members may contact us with proof of transaction.

  • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days.


4. Event Registrations (If Applicable)

  • Fees paid for special events, reunions, or programs may be subject to separate refund policies, which will be notified at the time of registration.


5. Cancellations

  • Once a membership is approved, cancellations are not permitted and the fee will not be refunded.


6. Technical Payment Issues

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway/bank within 7–10 working days.
