At NCL Alumni Association (“Association”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to ensure a smooth membership registration experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Membership Fees

The membership registration fee is ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

Once the membership application is approved, the fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Refunds for Rejected Applications

If a membership application is rejected by the Association (due to ineligibility, incomplete details, or any other reason), the membership fee will be refunded in full.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, members may contact us with proof of transaction.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
4. Event Registrations (If Applicable)

Fees paid for special events, reunions, or programs may be subject to separate refund policies, which will be notified at the time of registration.
5. Cancellations

Once a membership is approved, cancellations are not permitted and the fee will not be refunded.
6. Technical Payment Issues
-
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway/bank within 7–10 working days.
