Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n

At NCL Alumni Association<\/strong> (\u201cAssociation\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d), we strive to ensure a smooth membership registration experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.<\/p>\n

1. Membership Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The membership registration fee is \u20b95,000<\/strong> (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Once the membership application is approved<\/strong>, the fee is non-refundable<\/strong> under all circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Refunds for Rejected Applications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \n

      If a membership application is rejected by the Association<\/strong> (due to ineligibility, incomplete details, or any other reason), the membership fee will be refunded in full<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7\u201314 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Duplicate Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n

        In case of accidental duplicate payments<\/strong>, members may contact us with proof of transaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7\u201314 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Event Registrations (If Applicable)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        • \n

          Fees paid for special events, reunions, or programs may be subject to separate refund policies, which will be notified at the time of registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Once a membership is approved, cancellations are not permitted<\/strong> and the fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Technical Payment Issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • \n

              If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway\/bank within 7\u201310 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
